Election
Today I was in town and in bank, draw $20. It comes worse every month. I am not able to pay my bills this month. Any pay is very small to meet all expenses. Now I have $34.45 in bank except this $20 I draw today. When we spend it all, I do not know what shall we do then. We are safe as far as we have some account in bank but they are very small now. We can’t live very long on 34 dollars.
The presidential election nearing to end tomorrow. We will see who’s going to be winner. There is a big fight in this year election. Republican claim that if they fail to win that there will be more suffering. Even those who are employed by Bethlehem Steel Co. they are compelled to vote on Republican ticket. I believe that never before such dirty trick were perpetrated on working classes than now.
